In this paper, the conception of wireless communication techniques and application fields based on GPRS and CDMA are introduced briefly first. Then a scheme of strong earthquake wireless data transmission terminal based on GPRS/CDMA is proposed. Finally the implementation of the hardware and software as well as the technical difficulties of the terminal are introduced in detail.
