摘要
目的:观察脆性组氨酸三联体(Fhit)蛋白在子宫内膜异位症(EM)和子宫腺肌症(AM)中表达的作用.方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测36例子宫内膜异位症(EM组)异位内膜、22例子宫腺肌症(AM组)在位内膜及15例子宫肌瘤患者子宫内膜(对照组)中Fhit蛋白的表达情况.结果:Fhit主要表达在腺体上皮细胞的胞质和胞膜;EM组和AM组的Fhit表达无显著性差异,明显低于对照组;各组子宫内膜Fhit表达在增生期和分泌期均无显著性差异(P>0.05);EM组在位内膜的Fhit表达在临床r-AFS不同期别中无显著性差异(P>0.05),但异位内膜的Fhit表达在不同r-AFS分期中差异显著(P<0.05),Fhit表达的阳性强度与r-AFS分期呈负相关(r=-0.40,P<0.05).结论:Fhit可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展过程中起重要作用.
AIM: To study the expression of fragile histidine triad (Fhit) in endometriosis ( EM ) and adenomyosis ( AM ). SP staining was used to examine the expression of Fhit in the ectopic endometrium of 36 cases of endometriosis ( EM group) and eutopic endometrium of 22 cases of adenomyosis(AM group), as well as endometrium of 15 cases of hysteromyoma( control group). RESULTS : Mean optical density(MOD) of EM group showed no difference from that of AM group (P 〉 0.05). Expression of Fhit of EM/AM endometrium was lower than that of normal endometrium significantly (P 〈 0.05). Fhit of eutopic and ectopic endometrium in proliferative phase showed no difference from that in secretory phase ( P 〉 0.05). Fhit of eetopic endometrium showed significant difference between different r-AFS stages ( P 〈 0.05 ). Negative correlation was found between Fhit expression and r-AFS stage ( r = - 0.40, P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Fhit may play an important role in the development of endometriosis and adenomyosis.
