乳腺癌及癌旁组织中VEGF及survivin-2B mRNA的表达意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察乳腺癌及癌旁组织中VEGF及survivin-2B mRNA表达情况,并探讨其与临床病理学指标的关系.方法:以逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测60例乳腺癌及癌旁5cm正常乳腺组织标本VEGF及凋亡抑制因子sur-vivin剪接体survivin-2B mRNA表达,半定量分析电泳结果.结果:在60例乳腺癌标本中VEGF及survivin剪接体survivin-2B mRNA均高表达,与癌旁正常乳腺组织中差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),VEGF mRNA及survivin-2B在乳腺癌组织中的高表达呈正相关(r=0.576,P<0.05),同时VEGF及survivin-2B mRNA的表达与淋巴结转移有关(r=0.482,P<0.05).结论:VEGF及survivin-2B因子为乳腺癌发生、发展过程中的重要因子,可对患者的治疗及预后作预测. AIM: To investigate the expression of VEGF and survivin-2B mRNA in human breast cancer tissues and tumor adjacent tissues and its relation to clinicopathological and other molecular parameters. METHODS: The expressions of VEGF and survivin-2B mRNA were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in 60 breast cancer and adjacent breast tissues, and semi-quantiative analysis of band densities was also performed. RESULTS: VEGF and survivin-2B mRNA expressions in 60 breast cancer tissue were significantly different with that in adjacent breast tissue(P 〈0.05). There are positive correlations between the high expression of VEGF and survivin-2B mRNA in breast cancer tissue. The expressions of VEGF and survivin-2B mRNA were related to axillary lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: VEGF and survivin-2B are very important parameters in the process of breast cancer, and can predict the prognosis of the patients.
