摘要 目的从脑血管的交感和副交感通路探讨脊髓电刺激(SCS)对脑血流影响的机制。方法SD大鼠分5组:对照组(n=14,不对神经纤维和神经节作任何手术处理)、V1组(n=9,切断双侧鼻睫状神经及其副交感节后纤维)、SCG组(n=8,切断双侧颈上神经节)、V1+SCG组(n=9,切断双侧鼻睫状神经及其副交感节后纤维和双侧颈上神经节)、假手术组(n=11,手术暴露双侧鼻睫状神经及其副交感节后纤维和双侧颈上神经节,但不切断神经纤维或神经节);给予大鼠SCS,并用激光多普勒(LDF)实时记录脑血流。结果SCS时LDF测量值的变化在对照组、V1组和SCG组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在V1+SCG组,SCS的升脑血流效应被明显抑制。结论SCS的升脑血流效应可能是通过交感和副交感双重通路实现的。 Objective To explore the sympathetic and parasympathetic effects of cervical spinal cord stimulation(SCS) on cerebral blood flow(CBF). Methods SD rats were divided into 5 groups.For those in control group(n=14),the animals did not undergo any surgery of the nerve fibers and ganglia.In V1 group(n=9),the animals underwent bilateral resection of the nasociliary and postganglionic parasympathetic nerve fibbers.In SCG group(n=8),the animals underwent bilateral resection of supper cervical ganglia.In V 1+SCG group(n=9),the animals underwent both surgeries as V1 and SCG group did.In sham operation group(n=11),the animals underwent carotid manipulation with blunt-tipped forceps as well as dissection of nasociliary and postganglionic parasympathetic nerve fibers around the ethmoidal foramen,without cutting any nerves.SCS was performed on rats and CBF was monitored by laser Doppler flowmeter(LDF) recordings.Results During SCS,there was no significant difference in the changes of LDF values among V1 group,SCG group and control group(P〉0.05).The effects of SCS on augmentation of CBF were significantly inhibited in V 1+SCG group.Conclusion SCS-induced CBF augmentation may be realized by both parasympathetic and sympathetic pathways.
