摘要
介绍了宁海发电厂1号汽轮发电机组突发性振动的现象和特征,给出了分析判断的全过程,经过排除轴系失稳、匝间短路的可能性后,又进一步排除了对轮部件飞脱、低压B转动部件飞脱的可能,最终认定为对轮移位,检查和处理后效果证明,对原因的分析和判断是正确的。本例的分析思路和方法可为大机组类似故障的诊断提供参考。
This paper gives a detailed introduction about the phenomenon and characteristic of an emergency vibration of No. 1 unit in Ninghai power plant, and includes the entire process of analysis and judgment. After excluding the possibilities of rotordynamics instability, turn-to-turn short circuit, and the flying off of components of shaft coupling or rotating components in low-pressure B rotor, it' s believed that the matter lies in the displacement of shaft coupling. The results of examination and processing indicated that the analysis and judgment were right. The way of analysis in this example will be beneficial to the diagnosis of the similar faults in large units.
