阐述了铁路大通道的含义及建设与强化铁路大通道的战略意义,回顾了我国铁路大通道建设的现状与存在问题,论述了建设与强化铁路大通道的原则和要求,对“九五”期间我国铁路大通道建设计划作了简介。
It describes the definition of the main railway corridors and the strategic significance of constructing and strengthening the main railway corridors , reviews the current situation and the existing problems of the main railway corridors, discusses the principles and requirements for constructing and strengthening the main railway corridors, and introduces the plans for constructing the main railway corridors during the Ninth 5-year Plan in China.
