摘要
研究在氧脱木素段用低硫化度白液替代NaOH的可行性,为没有氧化白液装置的漂白硫酸盐浆厂解决或缓解系统碱膨胀问题闯出一条新路。在氧脱木素段用低硫化度白液替代部分NaOH,不仅解决或缓解系统碱膨胀问题,还降低氧脱木素段用碱成本,取得了一定的经济效益,产品各项技术指标达到标准要求。对于碱回收率不太高,碱过剩矛盾不太突出的企业,可采用这种办法解决浆、碱不平衡问题、节省建氧化白液装置的投资。
The possibility of using low sulphidity white liquor to replace sodium hydroxide in oxygen delignification was investigated, it can provide a way for the mills where there are no white liquor oxidation systems. Using low sulphidity white liquor as substitute for part of NaOtt not only can ease the alkali bulking problem but also can lower down the cost of oxygen delignification while there is no any negative impact on the pulp quality. Yhere is a measure for resolving the problem of pulp-alkali unbalance and saving the investment for white liquor oxidation installation.
