摘要
选用食用型甘薯北京553,在山东农业大学农学实验站试验田进行多效唑喷施试验。采用定期取样和收获期测产相结合的方法,研究了块根膨大速率,叶片和块根中N、K元素含量、N/K比值及其与产量的关系。结果表明:喷施100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg多效唑均能提高叶片和块根中N、K元素含量,提高块根中的N/K比值,降低叶片中的N/K值;提高块根膨大速率,提高收获期干物质积累量及其在块根中的分配率,显著增加产量,增幅分别为35.8%、24.9%。同时喷施多效唑显著增加了甘薯分枝数、茎粗、绿叶数和结薯数,缩短了主茎长。在本试验条件下,100 mg/kg浓度的多效唑处理对食用型甘薯的增产效果最好。
The effects of PP333on nutrient absorption dynamics and yield fromation of sweet potato were tested with Beijing 553 at the experimental station of Shandong Agricultural University. By regular sampling combined with measuring yield in harvest time, the root tuber expansion rate, the contents of elements N and K, the relation between the change of N / K ratio and the yield were studied. The results showed that spraying 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg PP333 could increase the contents of N and K, the ratio of N / K, the storage root thickening rate, the dry matter accumulation and its distribution in storage roots, and reduce N / K ratio in leaves; it also increased the production significantly, with 35.8% and 24. 9% of amplification respectively. The results indicated that spraying PP333 increased stem width and the number of sweet potato offsets, green leaves and storage roots, but reduced the stem length. In this study, 100 mg/kg PP333 had the best effect on increasing the yield of sweet potato.
