摘要
选取4个典型基因型烟草,育苗后通过水培试验培育烟苗30天,分别测定其根系形态学特征和生理学指标及烟叶含钾量。通过比较发现,烟叶含钾量高的基因型烟草具有根系形态学和生理学上的优势,从而保证了烟草对钾的高效吸收和累积。相关参数和指标可以为钾高效基因型烟草的筛选和育种提供依据。
Thirty - day solution culture experiment was carried out to detect a series ot parameters about root morphology and physiology of four typical tobacco genotypes. The results showed that the tobacco genotypes with higher potassium content in leaves had the advantage in morphology and physiology of root, which accelerated the absorption and accumulation of potassium. The correlative parameters could be used as the basis of screening and breeding for potassium - efficiency genotype.
