A new phasor estimation method for synchronized phasor measurements

摘要 供电网络中各监测点电压、电流相量的频率、幅值和相角都是电力系统实时监控中最基本的测量参数,这些基本参数的实时在线估计对于算法的精度和速度有着双重要求.针对实际在线测得的采样信号的特征,分析了采样频率对被测信号参数测量精度的影响,提出一种改进的测量方法,它易于实现,计算量小,实时性好,精度相对较高.通过数值仿真,证明该方法具有实用价值. Frequency, phase and amplitude of voltage and current phasors are very important characteristic parameters in real-time monitoring of power system. The real-time and on-line estimation of these parameters depends on the accuracy and speed of the algorithm. According to the features of on-line sampled signals, we proposed an im- proved method for real-time monitoring of power system, following an analysis of the effect of sampled frequency on measurement accuracy. This method is easy to be implemented with small amount of calculation, high precision and a good real-time performance. Numerical simulation, which takes account of initial phase, the bits of A/D and the sampling frequency, proves that this method is valuable in practical engineering.
