摘要 对制浆造纸厂污水处理要求的节节攀高,要求逐渐减少污水中有害物质而且要求脱色,这样就产生更多的污泥。生物污泥添加到黑液中然后到碱炉中焚烧成为实用的全新方案。现在国外某制浆造纸厂已经将这种新技术应用到大规模生产中。此方案不但工艺简单、设备少、投产快,而且实现了"生物污泥的零排放",杜绝了生物污泥的二次污染,并已将生物污泥转化为生物燃料的一部分,热量回收再生,使资源得到充分利用。 The requirement on the effluent treatment of pulp and paper mill is getting increasingly stricter: the hazardous materials should be less and be decolorized so more and more sludge generated. A new technology has been applied in large-scale production in a foreign pulp and paper mill. In this process the biologic sludge will be burned together with black liquor in the alkali recovery boiler. The scheme has a number of advantages: simple in technology, a few equipment needed, "zero discharge of biological sludge", no secondary pollution of biological sludge, the biological sludge transformed into a part of biological fuel and the heat recovered and regenerated thus making full use of the resources.
