This paper introduces an application example based on the PLC control technology in the production of plastic particles. Show PLC hardware and software systems,communication ways of the entire production line and explain the part of the production process. Field experience shows that the system is stability and belongs to a senior automation programme. It can provide a guarantee for efficient security operation of production.
