车辆能量回馈式主动悬架系统研究 被引量:15

摘要 提出了一类新的主动悬架系统,被称为"能量回馈式主动悬架系统"。其特点是在对车辆进行减振的同时,将车辆振动的能量吸收,转化为电能贮存起来,并可将存贮的能量用于作动器产生主动控制作用力。以四自由度半车模型为例,阐述了能量回馈式主动悬架的基本结构和原理,分析了系统能量平衡存在的条件。最后在Matlab/Simulink中对系统的运行效果进行了仿真。仿真结果表明系统在实现主动减振控制的同时还能够反馈能量。 A new kind of active suspension, called self-powered active suspension (SPAS), was proposed. The feature of the suspension is that when the vibration of system is reduced, the vibration energy can be converted into electrical power and be stored in the capacitor, while the active force can be generated from the electrical energy to control the motion of system. For a 4-DOF vehicle system, the configuration and principle of the SPAS were introduced, and the conditions ensuring the energy balance were analyzed. The system’s performances were simulated by use of Matlab/Simulink. The result indicates that such system does realize both active vibration control and energy regeneration.
