摘要
旅游网站的建设对旅游信息化的发展具有重要意义。采用定量分析的方法,对西安旅游网站建设的数量和质量与其他旅游城市进行了对比分析,并选取旅游网站的世界排名、内容丰富性、影响力、服务质量和国际化程度五个指标评价旅游网站建设质量。研究结果显示西安旅游网站数量偏少,总体质量偏低,但网站在服务质量和国际化程度方面质量较高。
The construction of tourism website plays an important role in the tourism informationization.This paper compares the quantity and quality of Xi＇an tourism website with other city＇s by a quantity method. The study uses five indices to evaluate the quality of the tourism website construction, it includs the list of tourism website in the world, the richness of content, the influence, the grade of service and the internationalization degree. At the end of paper, the study draws a conclusion that of the quantity of Xi＇an tourism website is few and the overall quality is low, but it has a high degree in the service and internationalization.
