摘要
目的探讨埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其在诊断食管鳞癌中的价值.方法选择手术切除并经组织病理学检查确诊的食管癌组织标本及癌旁正常组织标本76例,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测Ezrin的表达,并分析Ezrin表达与食管癌患者年龄、性别、病变长度、分化程度、浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移等临床病理因素的相关关系。结果Ezrin阳性表达率在食管癌组织为90.7%,癌旁正常组织为46.1%,两者间差异有统计学意义(χ2=51.05,P<0.001);在高、中、低分化食管癌组织分别为69.2%(18/26)、72.7%(24/33)、76.5%(13/17)(χ2=0.304,P>0.05);Ezrin表达与食管癌浸润深度有关(χ2=4.47,P<0.05);在有、无淋巴结转移食管癌组织分别为75.6%(31/41)、51.4%(18/35)(χ2=4.82,P<0.05)。Ezrin表达与食管癌患者年龄、性别、肿瘤长度及分化程度无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论Ezrin在食管癌组织中呈高表达,并与食管癌的浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关,是反映食管癌生物学行为的有价值指标。
Objective To approach the diagnosis value of the express of the proteinum Ezrin in the esophagus squamous carcinoma.Methods 76 cases of esophageal carcinoma specimen and adjacent normal tissues are choesed that was excised and definite by histopathology. The expression of ezrin was detected by immunohistocbemistry using SP staining. To analyze the correlation the expression of ezrin to the age, sex,tbe length of the tumor, tbe degree of differentiation,the depth of tumor invasion, and lymph node metastasis. Results The positive rate of expression of ezrin was 90.7 % in the esophagus squamous carcinoma and 46.1% in adjacent normal tissues.hs difference has statistical significance (χ^2 = 51.05, P 〈 0.001).in the esophagus squamous carcinoma group,the rate was69.2%(18/26),72.7%(24/33),76.5%(13/17)respectively in the highly, moderately, or lowly differentiated cancer tissues ( χ^2 = 0.304, P 〉 0.05).The positive rate of ezrin in thecases with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in the cases without lymph node metastasis 75.6%(31/41) ,51.4%( 18/35)(χ^2 = 4.82, P 〈0.05).No relationship was detected between the ezrin expression and the age, sex, the length of the tumor,, the depth of tumor invasion. ( P 〉 0.05). Condusion Ezrin is high expressed in esophagus squamous carcinoma and the expression is associated with invasion depth and lympbenode metastasis. It is one worthiness index to reflect esophageal carcinoma biological behaviour.
