Database Development Technology of Case-based System of Quality Function Deployment

基于实例的质量功能配置是快速而有效地将用户需求反映到产品设计中去的有力工具,通过研究和分析顾客需求、质量屋编辑、产品动态归类,进行了基于实例的质量功能配置的系统设计。从关系数据库原理出发,进行了系统的前台应用程序和后台数据库的开发,将实例库分为推理实例库和查询实例库、过程实例库和临时实例库。以减速器设计为例说明了系统的应用过程。

Case-based system of Quality Function Deployment （CBQFD） is an important tool for designer to convert the customer requirement into the process of the product design. CBQFD system was designed by acquiring and analysis of the customers demand, house of quality, and dynamic classified products. The development of the foreground application and the design of the background database were explained based on relational database, and the cases of database were divided into reasoning database, inquiring database, semifinal database and temporal database. The reducer casing was used to apply and test CBQFD system.
