摘要
分析了液压传动式回转头压力机的特点,提出了两种采用快速开关阀作先导阀控制逻辑阀,对系统进行控制的压力机方案,在比较分析的基础上选择其一进行了具体实施。分析了其工作原理,给出了该方案的力学分析和参数计算方法,为回转头压力机液压传动和控制提供了一种新的解决方案。
The characteristics of a new fluid power system for NC turret presses were analyzed and two methods which use rapid on-off valves as pilots to control the logic valves were proposed to design the stamping machine. One of them was implemented. The working principle was described and the ways of the parameters calculation and mechanics analysis were given.
