液压式微量位移驱动器的结构设计及特性分析

摘要 介绍了一种新型的液压式微量位移驱动器。在模型简化的基础上,给出驱动器结构设计公式,利用有限元软件ANSYS仿真及实验方法验证结构设计公式的正确性并对驱动器特性进行了分析,分析表明该驱动器能够同时满足输出与输入是线性关系、刚度高和能同时承受拉压载荷作用这3个条件。 A new type of micro-actuator was introduced. Based on simplified model, the design formulas of micro-actuator were given. By using finite element analysis software and experimental method, the design formulas was validated and the characteristics of actuator were analyzed. The results show that this micro-actuator can meet three necessary conditions which are linearity, high-stiffness, simultaneously undertaking the two direction loads.
