摘要
以某型号散装水泥运输罐车为研究对象,采用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,建立水泥罐内流化过程的数值计算模型。通过计算结果确定罐内水泥的流态化类型,并且对其流化质量进行评价分析。
The paper is focus on some type of bulk cement tank truck, use the software for hydrodynamics calculation named FLUENT, established the model of numerical value of the fluidized process in the bulk cement tank truck. Use the result confirm the type of the cement＇s fluidization in the tank, and given the analysis for the quality of fluidization.
