摘要
提出了一种智能故障诊断容错控制的实时监控专家系统,针对数控车床加工过程建模,提取故障诊断中的特征量参数,重构容错控制策略使其检测到故障信息后,采取某种特定对策保证加工过程的设备继续安全正常运转,以保证各加工过程完成。
The expert system for the intelligence malfunction diagnosis fault-tolerant control of realtime monitoring was introduced. The system can build the model specifically for the numerically controlled lathe processes process, extract the characteristic parameters in maffunction diagnosis. After reconstructing the fault-tolerant control tactics and detecting the malfunction information, the system can adopt some kind of specially appointed countermeasure to guarantee the continuing run of equipment and the realization of machining process.
