新疆引种地黄的质量评价

The quality appraisal of introduced glutinous rehmanniae in Xinjiang

目的:评价新疆引种地黄的质量。方法:依据《中国药典》(2005版)"地黄"项下指标检测,对阜康九运街、滋泥泉、伊犁察布查尔县产地黄进行检测。结果:阜康九运街、滋泥泉、伊犁产的地黄中梓醇含量分别为3.34%、2.90%、2.54%;水浸出物分别为83.29%,82.67%,81.85%。水分、总灰分及酸不溶物含量均符合药典标准。结论:新疆引种地黄质量符合药典规定,适宜引种。

Objective：To appraise the quality of the cultivated rehmannia glutinosa Libosch in Xinjiang.Method：Determined the trace elements adopting plasma atomic emission spectrometry according to the item of ＂the Radix Rehmanniae＂ in CHP（2005）.Results：The glutinous rehmannia glutinosa Libosch from Fukang Jiuyunjie,Fukang Ziniquan and Yili conforms with the pharmacopoeia standard,with the content of catalpol 3.34%,2.90% and 2.54%,and the leach 83.29%,82.67%,81.85% respectively.Conclusion：The quality of the introduced glutinous rehmannia glutinosa Libosch in Xinjiang accords to the pharmacopoeia and the introduction is successful.
