Analysis of 21 cases Mirizzi Syndrome

目的:总结Mirizzi综合征的诊断和治疗经验,探讨其临床特点。方法:对经手术证实的21例Mirizzi综合征患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有病人均手术治疗,恢复良好,无严重并发症发生。结论:Mirizzi综合征术前诊断困难,治疗应根据不同类型选择适当的手术方式。

Objective：To summarize the experience in diagnosis and tre-atment of Mirizzi＇s syndrome and explore features of the disease.Methods：Clinical data from 21 cases with surgically proved Mirizzi＇s syndrome were retrospectively analyzed.Results：All of the 21 cases underwent operative therapy and got well none of complications occurred.Conclusion： It is still difficult to diagnose Mirizzi＇s syndrome preoperatively.Appropriate operative patterns should be selected according to different types of Mirizzi＇s syndrome.
