摘要 通过对一外协工件进行仿制性的三坐标测绘和反求工程CAD建模,突出了复杂多曲面体的概念,并给出了复杂多曲面体反求工程中三坐标测量、CAD建模的过程与方法。讨论了三坐标手动点测复杂多曲面体的优势和局限、为提高造型精度所采取的测量措施和逆向工程数据采集技术中的其它测量方法。 The reverse engineeing of a complex multi-surface part was studied by CMM and UG NX, the concept of multi-complex surface was presented and the process of coordinate measurment, surface reconstruction was given. Other measurement methods of data collection technology in reverse engineeing were introduced, and the application range of CMM measurement was discussed.
