摘要
以海底遥控取样钻机为研究背景,对设备的海底测控系统在控制液压系统压力方面存在的问题进行了深入的分析,提出将模糊控制算法应用于海底液压控制系统中,并对模糊控制器进行了设计和实现。通过相关试验数据分析证明,该算法的应用可以有效解决海底钻机在对不同硬度地层钻进时的液压系统压力控制问题,不仅提高了钻进效率而且还解决了由于给进油缸的压力大于海底钻机自重而发生的钻机倾倒事故。
Based on a thorough analysis on the problems existing in the hydraulic pressure control system for the remote-control seabed sampler, the fuzzy control method was proposed and the fuzzy controller was designed and realized. The experiment shows that the fuzzy control method can effectively solve the hydraulic pressure control problem when seabed sampler drilling through different strata with various hardness. This method can enhance drilling efficiency and avoid falling down accident caused by feeding pressure exceeding seabed sampler' s weight.
