竹醋液与杀菌剂混配的抑菌效果 被引量:14

摘要 用竹醋液的稀释液及竹醋液与多菌灵、三唑酮、甲基托布津3种杀菌剂的混配制剂,对2种重要植物病原菌菌丝生长的抑制作用进行了研究。结果表明:单纯竹醋液稀释液与对照相比均有不同程度的抑菌作用,竹醋液与农药的混配制剂对菌丝生长的抑制效果均优于单纯使用竹醋液稀释液,其中多菌灵1 000倍稀释液及多菌灵与竹醋液按照1∶3、1∶1和3∶1混配时,对镰刀菌菌丝生长的抑制作用最明显;多菌灵与竹醋液按照1∶3、1∶1和3∶1混配时对丝核菌的抑菌效果最好,均达到极显著差异。 An experiment was conducted to study the inhibition effects of the diluent of bamboo vinegar and the mixture of bamboo vinegar and Carbendazim, Triadimefon, as well as Methyl Topsin on hypha growth of pathogens in two important plant species. Result showed that different degrees of inhibition effects of the bamboo vinegar diluents on pathogens were found compared with the check, while the effects of bamboo vinegar mixed with fungicides were less obvious than those of the bamboo vinegar diluents. Among the treatments, 1 000 diluent of bamboo vinegar and bamboo vinegar mixed with Carbendazim at the volume ratios of 1: 3, 1: 1,3:1 achieved the highest inhibition effects on Fusarium oxysporum, while bamboo vinegar mixed with Carbendazim at the volume rates of 1 : 3, 1 : 1, 3: 1 showed the highest inhibition effect on Rhizoctonia solani. Significant difference was observed among all the treatments.
