摘要
介绍了遗传算法原理、特点和算法过程,回顾了国内外把遗传算法应用到木材科学领域的研究现状;在此基础上,提出了遗传算法在该领域研究和生产中的应用前景。最后应用遗传算法全局搜索能力对杨木单板强化复合材进行研究,对混合树脂液聚合工艺参数与树脂转化率之间的神经网络模型权值、阈值进行优化,探索最佳的树脂液聚合工艺。结果显示优化后网络的训练步长减小,推广性能有所提高。
The theory, characteristics and algorithm process of Genetic algorithm (GA) were introduced. The future prospects of GA were discussed according to the research situations of GA in the field of wood industry. And then it was employed to explore the model of composite materials of strengthened poplar veneers in terms of the ability of global research. The weights and thresholds of neural network model for parameters of polymerizing process of mixed resin liquids and percent conversion of resin were optimized in order to find the optimal techniques for resin polymerization. The result shows that the generalization ability of the neural network model optimized by GA is improved and the training pace is reduced.
