Analysis of economic operation in Xinjiang public medical institutions

目的：了解新疆15家公立医院2004～2007年的经济运行状况。方法：收集15家公立医院4个年度的各项财务决算数据，采用统计描述的方法了解不同级别医院的运行情况。结果：（1）总收入、医疗收入、药品收入及支出均呈上升趋势，但在总收支结余方面，三级医院、：二级医院呈下降趋势；（2）药品结余方面三级医院、二级医院虽为正结余但呈下降趋势，地州医院、县级医院则为负结余；（3）医疗收入、药品收入占总收入的比例方面，医疗收入所占比例呈逐年上升趋势、药品收入所占比例呈下降趋势。结论：15家公立医院收支结构相对比较合理，基本上符合国家相关规定所占的比例；药品收支结余大幅下降，特别是地州、县级医院出现收支结余为负数，医院运行相对困难。

Objective： To understand the economy movement condition of fifteen public hospitals from year 2004 to 2007 in Xinjiang. Methods： Collects the correlation dates for 4 years of fifteen hospitals, uses the statistical description to understand the economy movement situation of different grade hospital. Results： （1） The trend of the gross income, medical income, drugs income and the expenditure assumes escalation, but in the total surplus of income and expenditure aspect, three levels and two levels of hospitals assumes the drop tendency; （2） Although the drugs surplus was positive of three levels and two levels of hospitals but assume the drop tendency, the state hospital and county level hospital assume negative surplus; （3） The medical income, drugs income account for the gross income the proportion aspect, the trend of the medical income account for the proportion to assume escalation, the drugs income account for the proportion to assume the drop tendency year by year. Conclusion： The revenue and expenditure structure of fifteen public hospitals are relatively reasonable, basically conforms to the proportion which the national correlation stipulation occupies; The drugs income and expenditure surplus large drop, specially the state, the county level hospital appear the income and expenditure surplus are the negative number, the hospital movement relative difficulty.
