巴州地区吸毒者艾滋病流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis on ADIS of drug abusers in Bazhou

目的：了解吸毒者艾滋病病毒（HIV）的感染情况及相关危险因素，为艾滋病高危行为干预提供科学依据。方法：选择戒毒所、服刑人员中有吸毒史的羁押人员468例。采用流行病学调查方法设计调查问卷，问卷内容包括一般情况、吸毒情况、安全套使用情况等。抽取3～5ml静脉血检测HIV。结果：468例中人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染97例（20．7％）。468例中290例为静脉吸毒者，其中从不共用针具121例（41．7％），有时共用针具167例（57．6％），每次共用2例（0．7％）。70％以上是与朋友、熟人或配偶共用针具，与配偶和同居者从不使用安全套者占91．7％，有时使用者占7．1％，每次使用安全套者占1．2％。70％以上有多性伴，50％以上有交易性性行为史。结论：在吸毒人群和性传播人群中已经形成了HIV传播的“桥梁效应”，应该采取有效的于预措施。

Objective： In order to learn more about infection of HIV and correlated risk factor of drug abusers. This survey has been provided scientific evidence for behavior intervention in AIDS. 290 drug abusers in center for detoxification and prison were selected. Methods： A cross-sectional survey was conducted in drug abusers with questionnaire inquiring about commonly knowledge, using drug and using condom. They have been drawn 3-5 ml blood to detect virus of HIV. Result： In 290 persons drug abuses, 121 persons had never used needle with other persons accounting about 41.7%. 167 persons have used needle with other persons accounting about 57. 6%. 70% of the latter have used needle with their friends or spouse. 91.7% of investigated persons have never used condom in sexed action with spouse or cohabitant. 7.1% of investigated persons sometimes have used condom. Only 1. 2% have used condom every time. More than 70% of investigated persons have many sex partners. More than 50% of investigated persons have sex parters by money. Conclusion： ＂bridge affect＂ have emerged in persons of drug abusers and multi-partners. Effective actions must be used to change this situation.
