2007年河北省卫生应急队员培训效果评价

Evaluation of Training Effect on Health Emergencies in Hebei Province

目的了解河北省各级卫生应急队员对《河北省突发食物中毒事件应急预案(试行)》、《河北省突发急性职业中毒事件医疗卫生应急处理预案(试行)》及相关事件现场调查、控制和评估技术的掌握情况,评价培训效果。方法对2007年河北省举办的全省卫生应急队员培训班学员有关测试资料进行统计分析。结果116名培训学员对食物中毒、职业中毒各项知识平均得分,培训前为(66.91±11.72)分(校正分数),培训后上升到(86.98±5.52)分,后者高于前者(P<0.01)。及格率培训前为77.59%,培训后上升到100%,后者高于前者(P<0.01)。优秀率培训前为2.59%,培训后提高到68.10%,后者高于前者(P<0.01)。结论培训后,116名学员对食物中毒、职业中毒各项知识的平均得分、及格率和优秀率都有显著提高,效果良好。

Objective To understand the training effect on basic and technical knowledge on health emergencies. Methods The testing materials from the training course on health emergencies in Hebei Province in 2007 were analyzed. Results The average scores of 116 students on the knowledge of health emergencies before and after training courses were （66. 91 ±11.72） and （86. 98 ± 5.52）. The pass rate before and after training were 77.59% and 1130% . The excellence rate before and after training were 2. 59% and 68. 10% respective- ly. All the 3 in dices after training courses was higher than that before training courses （ P all 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion There is remarkable rise in average score, pass rate, and excellence rate of 116 students after training, which indicates the achievement of good training effect.
