It expounded and evaluated the condition of the progress in China＇ s sports science and technology from the two respects of theory and practice, which included the evaluation of the progress in the theory of sports science and technology （guiding thoughts and developing trend of theory and practice ）, the evaluation of the progress in the methods of sports scientific research（methodological characteristics and operation of concrete methods）, the evaluation of the progress in technique and tactics, facilities and equipment and material.
