丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者血浆TNF-α、IL-6的影响及临床疗效观察 被引量:19

Effects of Danhong Injection on Plasma Levels of TNF-α and IL-6 and Its Clinical Efficacy in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对患者血浆TNF-α、IL-6含量变化的影响。方法:80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组:对照组40例,给予常规基础治疗;治疗组40例在常规基础治疗的基础上,给予丹红注射液治疗。2周后比较2组患者治疗前、后的神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、临床疗效及血浆TNF-α、IL-6含量的变化。结果:治疗后2组NIHSS评分、临床总有效率、血浆TNF-α及IL-6含量比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗急性期脑梗死疗效显著,其机制可能与调节血浆TNF-α及IL-6、减少炎症细胞因子表达、改善脑血流灌注有关。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection and its impact on plsma levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with acute cerebral infarction .METHODS: 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups: 40 in control group were treated with conventional therapy, while the other 40 in treatment group with conventional therapy in combination with Danbong injection,The changes of neurologic function score(NIHSS), clinical effect and the plasma levels of TNF - α and IL - 6 after 2 - week treatment were compared between the two groups, RESULTS: There were signficnant differences in neurologic impairment score(NIHSS), clinical effect and the plasma levels of TNF - α and IL 6 between the treatment group and the control group after treatment (P〈0.05), CONCLUSION: Danhong injection showed remarkable efficacy on acute cerebral infarction possibly by regulating plasma levels of TNF-α and IL-6, decreasing the expression of inflammatory cytokines and and improving cerebral blood flow.
