紫外线吸收剂奥克立林的合成新工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 在对甲苯磺酸催化下,氰基乙酸与异辛醇进行酯化反应;酯化液在-10℃冷却过滤,滤液中再加入二苯甲酮和催化剂乙酸铵,发生Knoevenagel缩合反应;后处理得到深色产物,经硅胶层过滤脱色后制得浅黄色的奥克立林纯品,总收率达86%(以实际消耗的异辛醇计),纯度为99%。 Cyanoacetic acid and isooctanol were esterified, using p-toluenesulfonic acid as calalyst reactant was cooled at -10℃ and filtered, Benzophenone was added to occur Knoevenagel reaction catalysed by ammonium acetate. Yellow product was obtained after water-washing and distilling. Pale yellow octocrylene was gained after filtering by silica gel layer. The yield and purity were 86%and 99% respectively (on the basis of reacted isooctanol).
