异喹啉衍生物的合成研究 被引量:1

摘要 报道了以异喹啉为起始原料,通过一步合成了关键中间体5-溴异喹啉,进而由5-溴异喹啉合成了5-溴-8-硝基异喹啉、8-氨基异喹啉、8-溴异喹啉等四个异喹啉的衍生物。产物结构经红外和核磁确定。 In this paper, 5-bromo-isoquinoline was synthesized with one step by use isoquinoline as start material. Then a series of isoquinoline derivatives such as 5-bromo-8-nitro-isoquinoline, 8-aminoisoquinoline and 8-bromo-isoquinoline were synthesized from 5-bromo2isoquinoline. All products have been confirmed by IR,NMR and so on.
