摘要
当代新疆维吾尔族饮食文化在饮食结构、方式、礼仪和思想等方面依然承袭了以往的传统,但也发生了很大变化,表现出地域性、传承性、融合性和宗教性等特点,显示出社会教育、社会整合、强化信仰、象征身份等社会功能,从中尚可窥探出维吾尔族的一些民族性格。
Contemporary Xinjiang Uygur food culture still inherits the past tradition in the food structure and the way of thinking of etiquette and so on, but it has undergone great changes, which is regional, transmission, integration and religious. This food culture shows social functions such as social education, social integration, strengthen faith, and status symbol. Thus, we can glimpse some Uygur ethnic characters from it.
