摘要 研究从油茶籽中提取多酚的最佳工艺条件。设计溶剂对比试验,并在溶剂浓度、提取温度、时间、料液比、浸提次数这5个单因素试验的基础上,进行了正交试验,用FC法测定了油茶籽多酚的含量。油茶籽的最佳工艺条件:甲醇浓度50%,温度50℃,时间60 m in,料液比1∶15(W∶V)。 The optimun conditions of polyphenol extaction from seed of camellia oliefera were stuied. Experiments of solvent extaction comparison test were carriedout. Furthermore,The orthgonalexperiments were carry out based on single factors including concentration of methanol, extracting temperature, time, exraction period and ratio of material to solvent. Total phenolic compouds were determimd by the Folin-Ciocahue methed. The results indicated that the optimum extractimg comdition of Camellia oliefera as follows, methanol 60% , temperature 40 ℃ , extraction time of 80 min, and ratio of materials and solution was 1 : 15.
