Food quality and security is not only concerns the national stability and people＇s health of our country, but also causes significant political effect in the corresponding food imported country. This paper introduces the conception of the food security and its influencing factors, analyses the characters of food security management, and discusses the effective methods for supervising the food security with the background of dumpling poisoning incident.
