摘要
在介绍传统PCR的基础上,简介实时定量PCR、多重PCR、PCR-DGGE等几种常用的PCR改进技术在食品检测方面的应用。
The methods were rapidly upgraded for detection in foods when the factors of food-pollution became more and more complicated. PCR improved technology gradually replace the role of traditional PCR for detection in foods. In this paper, we introduced the application of three PCR improved technologies for detection in foods on the base of introducing traditional PCR. The three PCR improved technologies include real-time PCR, MULTIPLEX- PCR and PCR-DGGE.
