孔周含初拉应力的带孔板与实心轴过盈接触变形的轴对称平面应力理想弹塑性解

摘要 按小变形假定,导出了与现有文献不尽相同的孔体与轴过盈接触变形的轴对称平面应力弹性解;并着重导出了孔周含初拉应力的带孔板与实心轴过盈接触变形的轴对称平面应力理想弹塑性解。结果证明,由于初应力与过盈压力在塑性变形中的耦合,使得一定的过盈压力或卸载残余应力所对应的过盈量大为增加。这一结果可供薄板冷扩孔参数计算时考虑。 This paper derives, under small deformation assumption,elastic theory solutions for axisymmetric plane stress for pinch contact deformation between a plate containing a hole and an axle that differ from existent documents.In particular ideal elastoplastic theory solutions are deduced for axisymmetric plane stress for pinch contact deformation between a plate containing a hole with circumferential initial tension stress and a solid axle.The result proves that due to the coupling of initial stress and pinch pressure during plastic deformation the pinch amount corresponding to a certain pinch pressure or unload residual stress will increase considerably.This conclusion will be of help in calculating parameters for cold expansion of a hole in a sheet.
