内燃机车自来水缓蚀添加剂的研究

Study on Corrosion Inhibitor Added to Running Water in the Cooling System of Locomotive Diesel

经实验室试验研究和实际应用得出，内燃机车自来水４号缓蚀添加剂能有效地抑制自来水中有害离子对金属腐蚀的促进作用，使自来水可不经去离子处理直接用于制做冷却液。使用该缓蚀添加剂，东风４型机车冷却系统零部件使用寿命可超过４００Ｍｍ，北京型内燃机车可达到２００Ｍｍ。

Experiment and practice indicate that No.4 corrosion inhibitor can effectively control the corrosive effect of harmful ions existing in running water on metals.The addition of corrosion inhibitor No.4 renders it possible to directly fill running water into the cooling system without deion treatment.This enables the service life of the parts of cooling system to top 400 Mm for Dong Feng 4 type locomotive diesel and to come up to 200 Mm for Beijing typeone.
