摘要
对涡流式速度传感器的原理和应用进行了较详尽的研究。这种传感器是由无源器件组成,结构简单、抗干扰性强、无使用寿命的限制,不需要任何维护。该传感器可以安装在电动机内端盖处,电机定子与转子端部漏磁都不影响传感器的工作和测量精度。涡流式速度传感器汲取的速度信号是用同轴电缆送到主电路进行放大整形处理,该电缆可长达30m,电机不论在高速运行还是低速运行都能测得十分准确的速度电脉冲信号,运行可靠,是具备应用发展前途的测速方法。
This paper describes the principle and the application of eddy current speed sensor in detail.The sensor composed of passive elements is a kind of simple structure,hight anti clutter sensor which needs no maintenance and sets no limit to service life.The sensor can be fixed under the electromotor's end bracket.Leakage flux of motor stator and rotor does not affect the activity and measuring accuracy of the sensor.Signals from the sensor are transmitted to the main circiut by coaxial cable which can be as long as 30 m.The eddy current speed sensor can always measure accurately the pulse signals despite of speed and works well.It has a promising application prospect.
