特发性持续性心房颤动患者基质金属蛋白酶-9的水平及对复律的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选取56例特发性持续性心房颤动(IPAF)患者为IPAF组,60例体检健康者为对照组,检测两组的基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的含量。IPAF组患者使用胺碘酮和电复律转复窦性心律并随访3个月。结果:IPAF组MMP-9水平明显高于对照组(198.64±36.21ng/mlvs83.19±24.25ng/ml,P<0.05)。19例心房颤动复发组MMP-9水平明显高于维持窦性心律组(231.33±42.1ng/ml,151.4±31.2ng/ml,P<0.05)。结论:心房颤动患者MMP-9水平增高,且与复律是否成功相关。
