Research on Workflow Management System Architecture Based on BPEL and ESB

基于BPEL的流程整合,在企业流程的管理上应用越来越广泛。本文首先介绍工作流、BPEL、ESB的相关知识,总结出基于BPEL的流程设计模式,同时参考工作流管理联盟提出的参考模型,给出基于BPEL与ESB工作流管理系统框架模型及框架中引擎结构,分析了框架的性能。最后提出该框架中还存在的问题及今后的研究方向。

BPEL-based process component methodology is widely used on the aspect of the enterprise process management. Firstly, techniques of BPEL and ESB are introduced, and the workflow pattern based on BPEL is summed up. Then, according to the workflow reference model of WFMC （Workflow Management Coalition）, a workflow management system architecture based on BPEL and ESB is presented, and the structure of its business process execution is emphasized. Finally, the existent problems of the architecture are listed and the potential research direction is pointed out.
