摘要
介绍了邯钢采用铌微合金化工艺研制HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的工艺和产品性能,分析了冶炼、连铸工艺、轧制温度、控制冷却工艺对钢筋质量的影响。
The process to produce HRB400 hot - rolled ribbed reinforcing bar by niobium - microalloying and its performances are introduced, the influences on quality of the bar come from smelting, continuous casting process, rolling temperature and controlled cool process are analyzed.
