摘要
本文围绕服务绩效评估的思路与方法展开讨论。首先指出:服务绩效评估与产品生产绩效评估之间有着根本区别,不可简单地应用;然后重点评述了服务绩效评估的现有思路与方法,指出其贡献、不足之处和改进办法;最后从人力资源管理的角度探讨服务绩效评估问题将会成为未来研究与实践的发展方向。
This article discusses approaches and methods of service performance appraisal.First,the paper points out that service performance appraisal is different from product manufacturing performance appraisal.Then,the article reviews the current approaches of service performance appraisal,focusing on their advantages,disadvantages and the possible ways to improve them.Finally,the article concludes that the future research and practice will lie in the service performance appraisal from the perspective of human resources management.
