停车矛盾日益加剧的现代社会,地下停车这种综合效益突出的停车方式已经被逐渐认可。在大都市中心区这类交通流量聚集而土地资源紧缺的特定区域,地下停车场系统的建立已经从理论上被证实其优越性。文章阐述了地下停车场系统的概念和建设的必要性,以不同建筑物下地下停车单元的连接方式和城市发展结构类型为依据,通过对国内外地下停车场系统案例分析,提出了地下停车场系统布局形态。

In modern society,the parking conflict is more and more acute, so underground parking whose integrated benefit is outstanding has been approbated gradually. In the central district of metropolis where traffic is heavy but land resources are short, the establishment of underground parking system has been theoretically proved to be predominant. This article discussed the concept of underground parking system and necessity of its construction. According to that connecting mode of underground parking cells under different buildings and configurative type of urban development, by case study of domestic and foreign construction of underground parking system the layout of underground parking system is put forward
