摘要
研究了在低浓度范围内用盐酸羟胺作还原剂,邻菲罗啉作络合显色剂,在400nm-550nm波长处用紫外分光光度法测定自来水中铁(Ⅲ)离子含量的可行性。线性范围0 g/mL-100 g/mL,该方法显色灵敏,选择性好,用于自来水中微量铁(Ⅲ)离子含量的测定,结果满意。
The determination of iron (Ⅲ)i n tap water with UV-Spectrophotometry on the condition of a lower concentration was investigated (wave length: 400-500nm). The reductant and complexing colored indicator were hydroxylamine hydrochloride and o-phenanthroline respectively. The linear range of the experimental data was 0-100μg/ mL, satisfying results were achieved and proved that this method possesses an excellent selectivity and color development sensitivity.
