摘要
以物化法处理工艺为基础,针对河南某水厂水处理自动控制系统的要求提出了基于PLC的水厂源水浊度控制方案,阐述了系统控制原理及方法,并由模拟数据分析和结果论证了控制方法的可行性。设计并实现了采用西门子S7-300 PLC芯片为系统核心的自动控制系统。
The article points out the physical-chemical craft based on programmable logic control (PLC) in factory which the application of the auto-control system for the water treatment in Henan.It describes the turbidity of water control project, the control principle and method.The feasibility of the control method has been demonstrated by analyzing the simulation data. It designs a automatic system that the S7-300 PLC chip is taken as the central part.
