This research employs questionnaire survey method and finds that there shows a healthy developmental trend in social English training schools. Some of the teachers in such schools are specialists with qualified professional background, advanced teaching tenets and rich teaching experiences. These advantages are all the available resources we can employ to resolve the vital condition of the shortage of primary school English teacher resources.
