Solving the Issue about the House of Disintegrated Property Right According the Balance Urban and Rural Development Theory

文章回顾了我国城乡统筹发展观的主要内容及其重要意义;从我国房地产发展现状及我国土地制度现状出发,分析了我国"小产权"房问题产生的原因;运用城乡统筹的发展观对如何解决"小产权"房问题进行了探讨并提出了一些解决方案。

This paper reviews the major point of the balance urban and rural development theory, and discusses its significance. Beginning from the development of the real estate industry and the system of having land in China,the paper analyses the reason of the issue about the house of disintegrated property right. At last it tables some proposal to solve the issue according the theory.
