摘要
目的:通过对老龄小鼠眼局部组织中自由基的测定,探索维生素A缺乏对老年黄斑变性的诱导机制,为临床预防和治疗老年黄斑变性提供一定理论依据。方法:将昆明小鼠随机分为对照组、维生素A缺乏组和维生素A添加组,各组分别用相应饲料喂养50d,取眼球组织测定组织中自由基的含量。结果:维生素A添加组小鼠的SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活性明显高于维生素A缺乏组和对照组(P<0.05),同时MDA含量低于维生素A缺乏组和对照组,但无统计学意义。结论:老年黄斑变性的发生与维生素A缺乏有一定的关系。
Objective:To explore induced mechanism age macular degeneration for Vitamin A deficiency through determining free radicals of the aged mice ocular tissues, and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the aged macular degeneration. Methods:The mice were randomly divided into the control group, the lacked of vitamin A group and the added vitamin A group, to feed each group with corresponding animal feeds for 50 days, and to determine the content of free radicals in organization of the eyeball. Results: The SOD, GSH-PX and CAT of the added vitamin A group were obviously higher than the lacked of vitamin A group and the control group, and the content of MDA was lower than the lacked of vitamin A group and the control group (P〈0.05).However,there was no significant statistical significance. Conclusion: The Aged macular degeneration have a certain relationship to vitamin A deficiency.
